  • Our estimating team will schedule an appointment for a walkthrough of the property. Depending on the size, frequency, and type of cleaning required, the estimator will quote the job within 24 hours.

  • Just let us know your preference. If you would like to issue us a key for future cleanings, We will customize to the format that works best for you where you provide a key for our safe secure keeping, provide a key code, or will be at the property to allows us entry, we are flexible to your needs.

  • We do our best to send the same team members to your property, it’s better for everyone. If certain cleaners are unavailable we make sure that your appointment is honored with other members of our wonderful staff.

  • We cannot clean blinds, but we can dust them. We shampoo and steam-clean sofas.

    We offer laundry services for an extra charge.

  • Most of our team members primarily speak Spanish. They are true professionals and will understand if you point things out to them. If you need to relay an important or specific instruction, please let us know in advance via email or text message. You can also give us a call, we are happy to help!

    If you wish to pay with cash, arrangement can be made for delivery.

  • Because we set our team’s schedules in advance, a late cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start time. All appointments cancelled by the client on the day of the clean, for whatever reason, will be charged the full price of the appointment. The fee also applies if our cleaners are unable to enter the home. For example, if the resident is not home or we have not been given access in another way.
