Move-in/out Cleaning Services Checklist
General Cleaning:
Dust all surfaces, including ceiling fans, light fixtures, and vents.
Wipe down baseboards, door frames, and window sills.
Clean all switches and outlets.
Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
Clean and disinfect doorknobs, handles, and light switches.
Vacuum carpets and rugs, including edges and corners.
Sweep and mop hard floors, including underneath appliances (if reachable) and furniture.
Empty and clean trash cans.
Kitchen:
Clean inside and outside of all kitchen cabinets and drawers.
Wipe down countertops and backsplashes.
Clean and wipe down the sink area.
Clean inside and outside of refrigerator, freezer, and oven.
Clean the microwave inside and outside.
Clean stove.
Clean the dishwasher inside and outside.
Dispose of any expired food items.
Bathroom:
Clean and disinfect bathtub, shower, and tiles.
Clean and disinfect toilet, including around the base and behind.
Clean sink, faucet, and drain.
Wipe down countertops and vanity.
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
Clean inside and outside of bathroom cabinets and drawers.
Clean and disinfect trash can.
Replace toilet paper holder if necessary.
Sweep and mop bathroom floors.
Bedrooms:
Dust and wipe down all furniture, including bed frames, headboards, and nightstands.
Vacuum under the bed.
Clean outside of closets.
Launder and change bed linens upon request
Clean and dust lamps and lampshades.
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
Living Areas:
